  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  1. In an electric blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, milk, cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
  • 6 cups ginger ale, chilled
  • Orange slices

Directions

  1. In a 1-gal. pitcher, combine pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate. Add ginger ale and mix well. Serve over ice. Garnish with orange slices if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Strawberry-Mint Soda




Ingredients

  • 2 large limes, quartered
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 7 strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 cups carbonated water

Directions

  1. Squeeze the lime quarters into a sturdy glass pitcher. Toss the juiced limes into the pitcher along with the mint, strawberries, and sugar. Crush the fruits together with a muddler to release the juices from the strawberries and the oil from the mint leaves. Stir in the club soda until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into the sugared glasses over ice cubes to serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 (32 fluid ounce) bottles tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 8 medium celery ribs with leaves

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

  1. In a tall glass, combine orange juice and lemon-lime soda. Pour grenadine in and let it sink to the bottom. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a straw for stirring.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 liters ginger ale soda
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Empty frozen orange juice into a large pitcher. VERY SLOWLY pour in the ginger ale. It is extremely important that you pour slowly because the soda will foam up and lose its carbonation if poured fast. Gently stir until all of orange juice is melted. Toss in all but 4 of the orange slices.
  2. Cut reserved orange slices in half. Pour beverage into 8 glasses and garnish with half slice of orange and a cherry.

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

Directions

  1. Place first five ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cover; remove from heat and let steep until cool. Strain. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, fill glasses or a pitcher with equal amounts of fruit juice, ginger ale and water. Add ice and serve immediately.
